Qorvo's ACT72350 is a standalone three-phase BLDC motor driver with an Analog Front End (AFE) that allows customers to drive up to 20 S battery power with a 160 V rating. The AFE powers the system MCU while delivering up to 2 A source/-2 A sink drive capability. The overall BOM is reduced significantly through integrated bootstrap diodes, and all analog blocks needed to measure current and protect the device. This device utilizes Qorvo's patent pending Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front End™, and Application Specific Power Drivers™ and also contains a robust braking feature for safety critical applications.
